August 2, 2006An Invitation To Love Angel Meditation
Though your host of spirit guides encompasses many diverse beings, all of which willingly watch over you, meditating with angels can be a uniquely insightful experience. The angels stationed at your side are both powerful and knowledgeable-they possess a limitless understanding of your needs and desires, your strengths and weaknesses, and your purpose. However, angels take an active part in our lives only when invited to do so. Meditation allows you to make contact with your angels and lovingly request that they participate actively in your day-to-day life.
After I read this I invited my guardian angels to listen in on my "I need hands on love request". I so need the touch of a woman; someone loving. But, the angels will have to help me for what I so desire is very foreign to me. I'm afraid I may not be receptive enough. I'm afraid true sweetness will scare me and I'll turn and run to cold familiar territory.
So, I pray for love and the strength to recognize it and receive it opening with warmth and love in return.
She is really "too" young? Is another woman I know really that cool and is there really no
chemistry between us? Is the woman up the street totally straight and non-interested?
Do I really create my own reality? Am I more content than what I think; if so, why does my heart ache for the love of a woman like 05SL and I had.
When will that magical moment happen? Will it strike us both at the same time while running? This time, instead of me falling head over heels how about someone falling for me first and sparking my interest? Or is it that impossible to get my attention; am I too scared? Will I run? She must be feminine, slender, adorable with wonderfully warm eyes and a big generous affectionate heart. Angels are you listening?
The article suggested meditating - I will while at yoga and later this evening when all is quiet and calm and my home is dark.
I prayed to the angels recently to watch over my new young friend as she went on her road trip and so she would get the job she applied for. You were there successfully for her on both counts. Thank you so much! I like to think I had a hand in protecting her with my thoughts and your help when she fell asleep and almost sideswipe a semi. It knocked her mirror practically off, chattering it. And she got her job! She is big eyed and just plain precious. Angels please continue to protect her. Please keep her safe, loved and happy. She's adorable! What a wonderful little human being with a wise and warm spirit. Please help her stay healthy. She must stay slender to avoid a know health risk she has.
For me? Surprise me! Make it joyful, wonderful, passionate; love making so magical I won't believe it's really happening. Let her come to me this time! Flirt with me! Be mystical and magical and very loving and happy and wanting to touch. Our hearts so close together.

Monster Houses
This morning as I ran through a nearby neighborhood I marveled at how construction teams can buy up old small houses and turn around and build huge long, wide and three story houses on the same small lot. They are so big next to the old "average size two story of years pass" that they almost look monstrously silly. And then I wondered who will buy these huge houses?
Well, immediately upon the building of a neighboring huge house, the smaller (what I think to be average) size home value skyrockets right along with the new 600,000 plus for the extra large house (to match that gigantic SUV, I guess?)
Are families getting larger that they need these extremely large houses, I wondered! I remember when a small home housed "both" parents and six kids and they did fine with one bathroom and kids sharing bedrooms! So, excuse me if I don't get it? Why do families need such big houses?
And what kind of annual salaries are required for these huge house ownerships. The monthly payments must surely be extraterrestrial.
Not one small house is being replaced by another small or even slightly larger house. No, just these huge things. Personally, I wouldn't be crazy about four flights of steps (I'm counting the basement too).
My condo which I bought last year costs a quarter the amount of these houses and the size is perfect for me (and a lover). It's almost a thousand square feet. I just pretend that I live in New York City not the Midwest when I enjoy the convenience of fifteen minutes of cleaning and walking a few steps from room to room. I love my little condo and most importantly having my own space. Of course maybe that is why monstrous houses are so popular, so everyone has enough of their own space. Who knows? Or are they trophy houses? An investment?
Just how long are people at home anyway? Maybe a couple of houses in the evening before going to bed; a few hours on the weekend. If anyone is like me, my home is mainly to sleep and shower and dress for the next active social event. Or work, god forbid!
Are houses and vehicles trophies? Are they something to show mom and dad and the world just how successful and important you really are? Frankly, I don't see the purpose.
Actually, if I could afford to spend 300,000, I would purchase a cool loft or condo. I'm not a house person. Well, I was for about five years between 1995 and 2000 when my partner and I decided to buy a log home settled on a 1.5 acre wooded lot. I must say, it was a fun house. We had a lot of parties. We spent a lot of money on parties and fixing things up. I sealed the drive way annually, she sch inked the cracks (checks, they are called) in the logs. Yes, the house was expensive to maintain and that is why after five years we decided to move back into my condo I was renting out at the time. A good move! The property tax at the log home was extremely high and getting higher every year.
Can you imagine the electric bills, insurance and property tax amounts on these gigantic three plus story houses? Gee, I didn't realize that there were that many doctors and lawyers and such to fill up all these houses. Just what type of careers do these people have who purchase these huge homes; and how many children? They must be near the top rung of the corporate ladder I would have to guess.
Anyway, the best of luck to all of them. Oh yes, there are many foreclosures but hopefully, jobs are not getting outscourced or off-shored; but, I fear they still are. It seems career jobs for one company are a thing of the past.
The price of gas - who cares. Hopefully, we'll all be driving soon on Ethanol like those drivers in Brazil (by 2007 they will be 100% petroleum free). Gee Mr Bush do you think you could ever break your love ties with the middle east? It was your daddy who got us in to all of this wasn't it? Just what kind of oil deal did he make with the Saudi's anyway that was enough to knock down towers over? How backward and barbaric was that? And you call yourself christians (actually, some of the biggest murderers around).
Actually, I'm fearful of having Bush in office for two more years; he's beginning to get over confident and even cocky now. Yeah, being president is no longer fearful but going to his head now! Now he could really get dangerous. Vetoing stem cell research? What an idiot! I think the man just listens to the pope and he and his men (a secret gay society? Hey, nothing but males are allowed - makes me wonder!) are living in the dark ages, very controlling and dumber than a box of rocks. Well, they do wear the tiny cute little designer slippers and long gowns and little hats. And they love to decorate and throw dinner parties. Hello!
Okay! I"m done already! Just had to vent a little before I hit a few golf balls then work out at the gym.

Running group is growing
There were ten women in the dining bunch this evening and about six guys. After the guys left the women all scooted together to chat. A great bunch and all fem. Amazing!
It was hot running but there was a breeze. Big eyes ran with me. We just naturally fall into step together she and I. I really like her! I love to get her talking. She is all excited about her new job. I'm so glad she got the job. I was praying for her. She very special.
She just darn about got herself killed last weekend coming back form a float trip. I think I prayed for her then too - so all would be safe. Anyway, four exits from home she fell asleep while driving in the left lane and a semi came close enough to knock back and break her right side mirror.
Thank god and the universe for her safety and her new job. Yes, she was shook up and sat shaking for quit some time in the median before she could continue on.
I think she is adorable so I'll be praying a lot more for her. She was telling me she had fun Saturday evening at the Promo event and she had enough fun at the bar to have to stop at White Castles on the way home.
I love it! It's just what we did too! Some things just don't change.
Hey universe and god please take care of her and help her in her new job and everything else. She is very special to me. She has big deep blue eyes that just sort of sneak a grip around your heart and dark very curly hair the way it looks. She has been wearing it pulled back. I wonder if I would recognize her with her hair down?

It's another scorcher summer day
With temperature reaching the 100 mark in most of the country I wonder just what the month of August will bring in the way of weather. I blame everything on Bush and his contribution to global warming by allowing big industry to bypass environmental preservation measures due to more cost and less profits for corporations heads and stockholders. It's a competitive live-for-today materialistic corporate mentality. Dog eat dog and don't concern yourself with humanity and its future.
What ever happened to the electric car?
Remember after the 70's oil crunch a company produced the electric car. Well a prototype. It never got off the ground because auto manufacturers in cahoots with government and Middle Eastern oil wrote discouraging reports to make it unpopular.
Who said there is freedom in production here in the USA? Remember the movie with Jeff Bridges who starred as the man to build a better car then what the American auto makers were making. Well, the American auto makers did everything possible to discourage and jeopardize his creation. They ran him out of the auto industry.
American auto industry builds for profit not for selling the best products possible. Their intent to to make money for the stockholders so build in maintenance was created. In other words, to put it more clearly, the product is guaranteed to break or fall apart usually right after the warranty has expired. This is common knowledge so they came you with the extended warranty plan. Yes, another thing to sell you. Brilliant thinking for the stockholders profit margins but additional expenses and more headaches of inconvenience for consumers.
I believe see the documentary movie "Whatever happened to the electric car?" is a must see.

Gee thanks good old white boys in DC for throwing us a bone. Yeah the FDA says it is WILLING to make the emergency contraceptive available without a prescription to women 18 and older.
Come on this is nothing more than men throwing the self proclaimed righteous power over secondary classed female gender; which is the exact reasoning behind anti-abortion activist. Personally, what a woman does with her own body is no one's business.
These men like nothing more than to have control over the lives and wishes of others. Yeah, they don't really want to prevent a pregnancy (the male psyche regarding spreading their seed?) but are willing to kill and maimed many in wars legal murder. All in the name of democracy and god!
People, we can read between the lines to see the hidden yet obvious mentality behind the laws.
It's not rocket science.
