Words come easy..

I think Mitt Romney is living in a dream world. He doesn't see a recession? He is thinking the old ways and that of cutting taxes will help people save money. Mitt, people do not make enough money to have any left over to save. Most people have at least a ten thousand dollar balance on their credit cards..that gets carried over from month to month.. so they are paying interest on their interest..because interest gets added to your balance each month. Mitt should do something about that!

Mitt is against gay marriage. Gay people are discriminated against even in the corporate world where domestic partners can be added on another person's insurance..gay people have to pay taxes on that..where as a non-married domestic couple does not have to pay taxes on that. Christain minds at work...make me want to cry.

Hey, I was born gay. I guess Christians would just rather have me kill myself rather than accept me for who I am. I am not a sinner. I believe Christians are for making my world a living hell. How dare they discriminate. They say they love the "sinner" but hate the sin. Huckabee gets around that by calling himself a sinner.

But Christians would gladly take my money and swear that they can cure me of my homosexuality. It's just a money making scheme. They declare you are a sinner so they can then turn around and say that they can fix you but it will cost you some money. Oh please! And how about all the "straight" on the "down low" hypocrites in the church and government who preach "against" homosexuality and vote against bills pertaining to protection or civil right of gays only to turn out to be gay themselves. Then there is Ted Haggard..high in the church preaching against the evil of homosexuality and low and below...he's indulging. Maybe it's more fun for some if it's nasty and hidden and they can sneak around on the down low to get their kicks while their poor trophy wives are turned into stage clowns. What is humorous to me is when they are "caught" immediately they drag "the wife" up to the podium with them. Remember the governor who was outed? Then there was Larry Craig! Oh yeah, their wives are truly up there on their own accord to stay by their men. Humorous!

I'm gay and I'm accepted in the spiritual world it's the church that is evil. God would not discriminate or prejudice against race, creed or gender like the church does. Actually, I'm not so sure I believe in the "man-writen" bible god created to suit male's needs and greeds and domination. And why didn't god get married? Would he had looked weak in the eyes of the men who wrote the book?

Forget the evil church, I draw on the spiritual world when I need help and want to express my graditude for my many blessings. I have my spirit guides and they do not discriminate. They do not see sex, age, time or gender. They are love - just pure love. My spirit guides have no monetary goals or demands.

We need experiece...badly...

We need Hillary's experience, common sense and her knowledge.. Besides the Republicans have already dragged her through the wringer. You know how the Republicans like to dish the dirt on a Democratic president...we do not need that waste of tax payers' money once again. We do however, need a president who has the clout, the power, the influence and common sense to run this country and be a president for the people.

We have no idea if Obama will turn out to be another G. W. Bush and fold as soon has he gets into office. He only has ONE YEAR Senatorial experience. Please think about this? We need someone who will get us affordable health care that works for us. We need to get jobs back here in this country. How high is your credit card balance? Do you have insurance? Do you know the last time minimum wage paid the rent was back in 1986? We need experience. Think about it. Your's and mine future is at stake here. Personally, I want exprience! Hillary knows world leaders and people in high places.. to get the job done.

I repeat Obama had one year of experience in the Senate before he decided to run for president!

Using Your Head..

I'm writing this because I have heard more than one woman express that they thought Hillary should have left her husband after the Monica thing.

I realize many woman speak from experience or put themselves in Hillary's wife done wrong situation. Most women have been treated badly by the men in the lives at one time or another.

But, I think that I have to hand it to Hillary in her moment of torment and pain to think ahead to the future. Don't you think that it was very Christian of her to give him another chance? Don't you think that maybe thinking ahead and considering her assets would help her in the future. She hung in there. She's a worker and worked for the great good of her marriage and family. I think it lends credence and fortitude to a worthy presidential candidate. She thought ahead, she thought it through.. She used her head! Good president material I'd say!

And too, in his defense (and I know Hillary saw through it too) the Republicans had been on the Clintons to smear them for at least eight years... from the moment he was in office they tried to jilt him and throw him off course. Both of the Clinton were wrung through the ringer.. one thing we won't have to worry about the Republicans trying...(I'm really beginning to display the underhandedness of the Republicans.. do they ever quit? Can't they do anything with honorability and integrity?) again. What they did with Monica was hit a man in his soft spot. You can't tell me that Monica wasn't a plant...somehow.. they got her there and like Samson and Delilah.. he fell for it.

So, I give Hillary some credit. Maybe women of every age can learn from her regarding straying husbands. Consider your options. Think before you leap.

Eighteen year olds are able to vote this year. I know Obama is smart and handsome and gives promise. Well, many college students fit that profile. We're talking about running the country here... and dealing with foreign dignitaries..and war. I think experience and clout and who you know... means a lot in this day of the falling dollar, foreign markets, off shoring, out sourcing, global warming, illegal immigrants and so much more. She has thirty-five years of experience and Obama signed up to run for the presidency with one year experience. You do the math. This is not a total popularity or an election for looks. This is serious and regards YOUR future in regards to job opportunities, affordable health care, student loans, housing loans and getting more "good paying" jobs in this country... or back into this country

Since I'm a woman I .. remember the "glass ceiling" and "affirmative action". Women are still making less than men in teaching jobs... this is a fact. In many jobs doing the same type of work, women are making less, 67 cents to his dollar. Yeah! I know a young women teacher who was more qualified yet.. he was married with kids. She was divorced with kids.. Yet they thought he needed more money. Sad! I think they both should be paid an equal amount. Equal pay for equal work. Amen. Yet it doesn't happen. I look at what Clarence Thomas did for his race.. nothing... he became a staunch Republican..high and mighty.. as soon has he reached the bench. Hillary is already there... with years of experience in Washington.. Obama may lose his head and fall right into that fast paced rat money crubbing race in Washington. Hillary's has already been there for years. I know what she is like in the political arena.. . I don't know much at all about Obama.

A time for change....

2008/01/10 06:20 AM

"Declaring our Intentions"..ready for change.

Ready for Change.. sounds like a Democratic debate! I love it and how timely! This morning I awoke with a grand spiritual discovery...ever since Hillary Clinton had her "soul" moment on TV and women in New Hampshire voted for her...I feel "Their" energy. Don't you too feel their energy? I feel our energy unite us together and we are transformed with hope and elevated to a higher plane. We stand united for a better cause..the "saving" of America and our planet.

And it wasn't only women who were touched by Hillary's sigh.. men were too. I feel their energy too! Isn't wonderful to unite as spiritual beings from our hearts.. for a greater good! I feel so up lifted and hopeful now for our nation. We are a people of love and hope and we all have been affected by the negatively so felt throughout our nation for the past few years...

Hillary may have gotten misty but I cried when I heard men say they were touched.. and I cried when she won over the people with her tenderness. We all want someone to believe in and trust.. I think we found her..her heart. She said. "I listened to you and found my own voice". She's a woman.. she can't campaign like a man.. I think she discovered that. She knows she needs to allow her softer side to shine.

This year will be so exciting... please join me in watching all the debates on CNN and please watch, read, and then please vote...we can make a difference. like HIllary said.."my heart is full"... we have hope! She will work hard for us..she "doesn't want to see this great country fail"..she said with tears in her eyes. She has the connections, the clout, the know how and the experience. Please consider her when you vote..

We are making history...

I am feeling very good about the men I've heard lately on CNN and MSNBC supporting Hillary's revealing of her inner soul while meeting informally with voters in New Hampshire. She showed her softer side and immediately won them over. One man said any woman who has reached the class ceiling or receives lower pay for doing the same job as a man.. will vote for Hillary! Yes! We are way over due here in this country for equal rights between men and women and straights and gays.

There were a couple Republicans and Jesse Jackson who thought Hillary softer side sigh might have been planned...well to me they sound like poor losers. I believe that she was touched by the women's concern. As a woman I'm sure she is not quite sure how to perform while campaigning amongst men only. But it's time a woman breaks ground and who better than HIllary. Besides she has already been ran through the REpublican ringer by Ken Star. So the misely crooked tax wasting Republicans have nothing to waste our time on. Republicans will to anything to stall and NOT do the right thing.. like stop illegal immigrant crossing, insist auto industry and others move to alternative fuel and end the needless war.

So HIllary gets dumped on by the previous administration who probably will do everything in their power to get another war going for their retired general friends and wasteful spending, pocket filling, corporate friends.

If HIllary seems to soft people complain about that; if she appears to hard they complain about that too. No one could be any wimpy and dumbfounded as Bush. Remember seeing G. W.'s face in Florida, while reading to the children, when the security guard came in and told him the twin towers were hit.. deliberately. Personally, I think his eyes said. "Damn, they pulled it off!" But anyway...that's the past no matter what... she is the future.

Hillary is authentic and wants to improve the conditions in this country regarding the falling dollar, off shored tax evasion in the Cayman Islands, job out sourcing, latch of jobs and failing middle class, crooked and misleading loan companies, poor and costly health protection, quite or improve no child left behind, and do something about the needless war for oil and profit in Iraq.

I'm glad California gets a chance to voice their vote on February 5th, 2008 as well as 48 other states and that is because Obama and Clinton or close frontrunners. This election season is fun and exciting. I have my eyes and ears glued to CNN.

Don't you think it's a shame though that it takes from fifty to seventy-five million to campaign for an election? Romney is digging into 20 million of his own money now.

Oh the Republicans are big on anti-abortion... I wish they would mind their own business and stop playing god and allow a woman to deal with her own conscious. They act like women are a bunch of stupid numb skulls. Come on...it's her conscious...so it should ONLY be her decision. Mind your own business.

Same with gay...who are tax payers and presently being discriminated against and singled out. Again! Mind your own business. Gays should be able to receive the same over 10000 benefits that married tax paying couple recieve. Personally, I don't want to be married.. yes I'm a lesbian. But, I think we all should be greated equally. As it is now.. Christians and Repubicans are creating a dangerous situation for gays by singleing them out as if they are leppers or something. But, see Christans are hypocrites are just think it's much more fun to seek on the "down low". Remember Haggard, Craig and others who have preached against gay marriage and relationships.. yet they have secret sex with gays themselves. Hypocrites at best!

And I truly dislike and do not agree with the philosophies of Dr Laura .. what a fifies, old fashioned, out dated thinking woman who thinks women should remain compressed, overruled, lower paid (she denies that there is actually unequal pay between men and women doing the same jobs ). I feel she lives in an out dated dream world.

She cares.....she'll work for you

I love the women of this country...especially the woman who asked the question. "How can you do it?" In other words ..how do you have the strength to go through the arduous task of campaigning. And she got misty and said in so many words because I care about this country and the people of this country.

If anyone has the connection and the clout to clean up the Bush mess Hillary does. Do no under estimate her but stay behind her and the women of New Hampshire have. I love them!

Of course Hillary can do the job! Look at you! The mother, the wife, the executive joggling kids, budgets, husband's spending. Who balanaces the budget at home? In many cases women are head of household raising and supporting children YOU need a woman president who will understand.

Yes, the women touched me yesterday. But you know who really touched me the most was usually stern Cafferty on CNN. He said he was touched by her display of heart! I'm crying because I have seen the heart of men in America.

I think it's a hard listen of the heart for everyone because we are so accustomed of seeing a cold, calculated, only for big business government that we lost sight of the HEART of America.

You know we have seen that you do not have to be a hard ass to be political and once more I see men appreciate this too.

You know I became work at the phone company in the late 70's when men did not want women in so called "men" jobs. But after a while they stepped to the side and let women lead the way. We still see woman not making as much as men who are doing the exact same job. I believe women, lead by a woman who has all American's in her heart, will step forward even more now and claim their equal rights.

I am so thrilled to be seeing operating room of all women staffs. More women are becoming doctors, lawyers, and boardroom executives. More minority women are completing college. This is the time of the woman! Back in the day..in the 80's, women thought they had to be hard ass like men...we have seen yesterday that we are so tired of hard ass that America wants caring... the men welcome it too! It makes me cry. Yes, the "real" side of America has approached the podium! Hillary has found her own voice..this is not Bill's campaign .. this is Hillary campaign now.. for sure. She will be fine....we will all be fine!

Deepak Chopra, the spiritual doctor, says in his fabulous book "Powerm, Freedom, and Grace" that "this is the year of the woman"! The yin yang balance has been off key...too heavily male and he said we need more femininity in our world. We have a need to gain balance.

Voters of New Hampshire YOU ROCK!

People of New Hampshire you ROCK!

I am so excited that Hillary won in New Hampshire! My faith has been renewed in mankind and sensitivity and sensibility.

Hillary showed her authentic, honorable, sensitive softer side and touched the hearts of men and women across America. We know that Hillary will be the best president we as Americans can have. We know she has the heart and experience for us.

My faith has been renewed. All our hearts are light this evening! We have hope!

Again...voters of New Hampshire...you ROCK!
