Today was partly cloudy with temperatures in the 40's. So, as I did yesterday, I did again today and that is running five miles to the gym, then swimming for forty minutes, then working out on the weight machines for about 30 minutes. Today I even road the stationary mock road bike but only for ten minutes with high tension. Then I ran five miles back home.
Oh, I'm not finished. This evening I went to yoga class. I love the class and I really like Teri. I like her a lot and wish I could take her home with me. Forget it! She's straight and only recently married. I'll say one thing; her husband is a handsome guy.
So, now I'm wide awake. Well, I had two Accel Gel chocolate with protein before I left home and then after I swam I had another...for the run back home.
I love swimming! I think I did about fifteen laps maybe. Maybe less? Just guessing. I was combining the side stroke with the crawl until I get my breathing down. I'm fastest of all swimming the bufferfly on my back. I guess that is what it is called. I kick my legs like a frog and my arms go out and come back in together pulling up toward my chin. I can really feel the pull on my upper inner arms. They feel tight! Anyway, I had a blast!
