and dysfunctional bureaucracy! Top military personnel are "retiring" early over this. "They lived across the street and never inspected the rooms where injured soldiers were living." They never saw the rats and filth.

Thanks to the Washington Post and reporters such as Bob Woodruff who have invested and reported how badly neglected returned injured soldiers are treated at Walter Reed and other VA hospitals in this country. Many are not equipped to handle brain injuries and the soldiers are just not being helped.
