Did you watch the Las Vegas Democratic debate this evening on MSNBC. If not they are showing it again at midnight.
Hillary was outstanding as she debated with Obama and Edwards and put herself out there ahead of the pack by speaking out against Bush now.. as if she were already dominated. She is quick to offer her ideas and solutions for numerous issues including economical and Yucca mountain. She was the only one who commented on the 100 Black Men group who helped sponsor the debate. She is quick and fast on her feet! She spoke out against Cheney making deals with lobbyist and no bid contracts favoring Halliburton of which he was CEO. I think she will accept Obama and Edwards on her team when she is president. Now this is just my thinking! But it seems like a good idea. I believe that is why they are not attacking each other and agreeing a lot of the time.
Thank god that mob of off colored characters out on their way out of the white house! They allowed lobbyist representing large corporations to run the works without any federal supervision. The greedy CEO's practically sold out the country! Jobs are out sourced, companies off shored, illegal immigrants run amok across a free for all open southern border, gas guzzlers still rule the highways. Oil is the major concern for Bush oil man mentality thinking that is taking this country into dire straits. Now Bush is over there rubbing up against the Saudis and pleading for lower prices.
Today Citi group, the largest banking firm, is dealing and allowing foreign investors in on the U. S. banking action. More of "selling of America". Well, financing and loan companies have already done as much by bundling up balloon loans in foreign investments. A little under handed to say the lease as were their trickery and fraud concerning loan applicants for balloon notes. Now a million or more people will be losing their homes. Hillary wants to help these people out now.. where as Bush could give a shit. I mean old man Bush, whom I believe is really running the show. Bush junior doesn't know beans about any of this stuff.
Apparently Obama admits to being a type B personality.. big on vision and bad on paper work. Obama vocally admitted being bad with paperwork and said. "My aids knows to give me the paperwork at the last minutes otherwise I'll lose it." Oh! Oh! I didn't hear this... but someone on Nightline said Hillary said we already have one of these in the White House now!
And Edwards I don't think did himself any favors when he proclaimed to tell the present leader President Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan how to run his country in the wake of his political rival Benazir Bhutto's death. Edwards insisted Musharraf create a Democracy and allow the elections to go on. I felt a little uncomfortable with this line of thought. Who are we to police other countries?
Bush is making a big mistake ordering the Saudis to lower their oil prices. People over in the Middle East don't really feel warm and fuzzy about Bush. Now Bush is parading around like the queen of peace. Didn't Bush invade Iraq? For oil protection?
Well, Romney won the Michigan primary. His father was governor there for three terms and was head of American auto before that. Interesting! Personally all three of the Republican frontrunners frighten me. Romney will be another G.W. I fear. McCain is a war monger and that's all he knows I think. And Huckabee is a "preacher" the worse of all offenders. I think Huckabee wants to amend the constitution to reflect words of the bible ..or something like that... anyway .. it was scary!
Hillary has the know how and the clout and knows people in the right places to get the job done. She knows we needs to get jobs here in this country, strengthen the dollar, get the stock market a restart, make health insurance honest and affordable, get schools back on track after Bush botch that up with "no child left behind". The man should not have been president. He is a mere puppet.. in my humble opinion so was Nixon.. the large industrial war machine ran that administration too! There is money to be made in the time of war. I believe daddy Bush knew reenacting the draft would bring junior down and besides private security in Blackwater and Halliburton is a real money maker for them. And their private forces were above the law.. they ran amok uncensored in Iraq.. their bosses, exgenerals, were state side. Hey just my humble non-educated opinion.. far be it for me to swear I know what I'm talking about!
