Per CNN Department of National Home Land Security Brian Boyle encouraged what he thought was a fourteen year old to get a web cam. A child predator who was arrested.

Justin Berry at thirteen was another such victim...later on when he goes to Mexico to visit his father; his father wants to get in on the bandwagon, when Justin ws 16. Justin was making a lot of money. Massively addicted to drugs. He was 6'1" and weighted 108 pounds. A New York Times reporter was with him for six months helps him out tremendously. Justin is 19 years old now.
You'll probably read all about this in the papers tomorrow...
Bottom line: don't let your kids use web cams while they are on the internet.
