Okay besides "The DNA of Healing" by Margaret Ruby which I just wrote about here is another inspiring book.
"Ask Your Guide, Connecting to Your Divine System" by Sonia Choquette and it is available at stores or online at www.hayhouse.com.
This one speaks about learning to read the vibrations of those around us. Simply close your eyes and let your attention slip from your mind into your heart. Focus on a specific individual and let yourself feel their unique vibrations - including that of their spirit guides. I wonder that this be done across the miles? Describe what you feel vocally, out loud, and the more amplified your awareness will become.
By focusing as this we raise our awareness, first in our own spirit, and then in others. We can gravitate to wonderfully supportive situations that can bring positive change in our lives.
With a little nudging our hearts ( where our spirit lives) will speak up and register energy and vibrations that we would ordinarily ignore.
