In the spiritual paper "Pathfinder" I found a couple of books that interest me..and since it's been about a week since I just had to buy a book, it's that time again.

I want to get "The DNA of Healing" by Margaret Ruby. It can be purchased from www.hayhouse.com. She is on the cutting edge of research into physiology, biochemistry, and quantum physics. She focuses on techniques to change DNA energy patterns to create optimal health, emotional well-being and enchancing life satisfaction.

She claims that through research scientist have discovered that our DNA is not written in stone and that our genes can be affected and even altered by our emotions and our experiences.

We all have heard that we get certain behavior from a certain parent or relative. These genetic memories and belief system can be responsible for passing on negative patterns that keep us from living life as we would rather live it. But we can change that code.

This book shares the principles of self-healing techniques that work at energetic, emotional and vibrational levels to help release our limiting beliefs encoded in our DNA.

Our belief system creates our realities and we are in charge of our own transformations, including our own healing.

We have the force already within us, we just don't know about it yet, thus the book! I think that it is most fascinating that we have a power with in us that can take us beyond our present beliefs. It is the power to heal.

We have so much to learn....
