First Female Thunderbird Pilot

Isn't it just too bad as human beings; as a society, that we even have to admit gender bias. As it is we have to report that Air Force Major Nicole Malachowski is the first female Thunderbird pilot.

Soaring 500 ft above the ground at 451 MPH at a 9G's means body weight she's pulling is 1,000 pounds. Flying an F15 at only between 18" to 23" away from the next plane there is no margin for thoughts in seconds. Every thought is "now" in action.

Young people rush to line up for autographs. She is a hero and much more a roll model for young girls to aspire too. "You can do anything is her message."

If only I wasn't born twenty years too soon; or thirty! But more so, we all male and female should always have been treated equal. No matter what your race or gender we all should be treated equal. The church, state, federal government and the Vatican are all guilty of prejudices and biases.

I'm confused! What are males so afraid of. For sure they must think that women are better, stronger, smarter and physically supreme or through the ages males would not have put women in a separate box. It's typical of males to "hold down" and conquer the competition.

I know for a fact that records show in the early 1960's that females fa ired far better in all intelligent and physical tasks required for travels to space explorations. It's obvious that men wanted to be in the limelight and declared the heroes in our biases, may I say, written by males mostly, history books.

Men are competitive and conveying in ways women would never even think of. If women, solely, ran the world without the influence of the greedy male mind, this world would be a much more "peaceful" place with prosperity shared throughout the world. We wouldn't have the extreme class separations with a very small number of elite and an ever growing margin of poor in this country and around the world.

That all being said, here's to the long awaited female heroes! May I see many more in my lifetime. May I come back soon after I past and join their forces!
