this evening...

I was watching recorded NIghtline and Mr. Green recently made a killing with sub prime rate backed by bonds. I'm not sure of details. But he said he learned a lesson when he lose commercial property in the early nineties and he turned this lesson around to create this deal. Anyway he owns a 35 million dollar house. Actually, I think it's more than that.

He had a new wife and they prefer to leave the big mansion and stay in a tiny little house overlooking the Pacific.

So, if you have a house that big and you really don't like it why not sell it to a middle eastern wealthy oil man. Land over here now is a steal for China, Japan, or the Euro since the dollar is so low. How about a Russian? The most billionaires are in Russia.

So, sell the big empty house and give that money to help poor kids get an education or help build homes in New Orleans. Gee, I guess there just isn't any glory in helping others.

Gee, where are the hearts of these people? It's a sick world!

So why are we here anyway? To learn something. Well, I'm not learning anything from these people! It's disgusting here!

Apparently it's the evil ones that keep coming back. Gee, do you think any of them will ever really get it right! I doubt it! Greed rules!

I think nature gives up many chances to prove our spirituality; but, we're too stupid to take the hint. We are too greedy. Too materialistic. Katina, perhaps was an event to bring out the best in the rich and the powerful. I guess nature will have to bring up another event and maybe that will get the rich, greedy, bastards of the world's attention.

But not unless it kicks them, themselves, in the ass. Then they cry. Then they finally wake up.
