Passenger Bill of Rights

requiring planes to return to the terminal after three hours on the runway. People sat for hours with little water, only potato chips to eat and no circulating air. Backers want to past a bill requiring the plane to return to the terminal after a certain limited amount of time passes.

The airlines want to go through with the flight because it is costly to make up new tickets and difficult to try to find flights to move people too. The backed up flight and cancelled flights were due to the extreme winter weather conditions in the Northeast.

Also in the Northeast, traffic was backed up and trucks and cars sat on the highway and exit ramp for a record breaking 13 hours. Yes, 13 hours. One truck driver thought that they should have blocked the exit ramp if it was impassable up ahead.

The Northeast has snow up to the roof thanks to global warming.
