Doesn't Anyone on the hill care about us anymore?

Communication Corporations and other industry jobs are being steadily shipped over seas. Where is our government? Why doesn't our government protect American jobs and keep them here?

Why aren't there USA off shoring, out sourcing laws passed to protect good paying American jobs and keep them here.

What about our economy? Is capitol hill blind? Is Bush blind? Or do they not care about us, our jobs, our livelihood, our homes, our businesses?

Even if Bush and the rest of them there on Capitol Hill are strictly for big businesses' profits, what about the future? If people don't have good paying jobs they cannot buy these services and products. Or we following the poverty patterns of other countries? Is this country going to be a country over come by poverty?

The middle class is skrinking fast. I see young people fresh out of college, working low paying below minimum wage jobs are patiently waiting for a decent paying job to come up. In the meantime they are mounting huge debt. So, are most of the people in this country living on the edge? I believe that they are! The average credit card debt per house or maybe individual by now, is $10,000. There are millions of people filing bankruptcy each year and many more just on the verge.

Is the cart before the horse? All these huge houses and king sized SUV's being built. Who will buy them? Salaries made at service jobs at restaurants and coffee shops won't buy you a big fancy half million dollar house and $40,000 super-sized SUV. Who will buy these.

Are there more houses built than what people can afford to buy? Or keep once they have bought them?

Is that why more apartments, possibly turning into condos, are being built.

Soon, people will be forced to down-size!

The government and big corporations have not done us any favors. And people in poverty find it impossible to get out from under. This is not right! There should be laws in place to help these people climb out of the hole they are in.

Remember this when you vote in November. The president says he is promoting science and technology but in the mean time foreign visa are pouring me. Foreigners are coming here to take I T jobs or the jobs are being shipped to them. Yet the house, senate and president signed in this bill to allow many more foreign workers here to work cheaper. We are being sold down the river of cheap labor. A government for the people? No I believe a government for big business and in a few years we will all be living in poverty.

Are you being lied too? Is all this a "Wag the Dog" movie theme? Are you being fooled so government and big corporations can make loads of money while you make pennies in comparison and then subsequently lose your job, on top of that!

We all know its all about big corporations such as oil, auto, and insurance making money, not protecting our environment and guaranteeing that we have clean air to breath. They don't care about us. They do not care about the goodness and health of Americans - the world for that matter. It's just all about pushing and shoving and dog eat dog and who can win and make the most money. It's a game at least, a war at best. Collateral damage means nothing. We are mere pawns in the big scheme of things and if you get in the way you'll get rubbed out. It's all about the business! Bin Laden and Al Qaeda hnd nothing to do with Saddem Hussein. Saddem was an easy target and could get us over there in a war to protect our pipelines in Iraq. And also make money for Cheney's Haliburton. Remember wag the dog, it's all about American oil wanting the get the last drop of oil in the middle east. Since the automobile just came about electric cars were most favored but auto and oil were in cahoots and rubbed out any electric or other competition.

Yes we were lied too. I could see it on Colin Powers face when he held that fake picture up of a truck on it and said yes here is our proof Saddem was into making nuclear weapons. If we were so worried and are still so worried about nuclear weapons why don't we go into N. Korea where Kim admits he has nuclear weapons? Oh, forgot, no oil there!

Well, we end up a country in poverty shocked by pollution and bad air. Will China and Middle East take over our country one day? Will the whole world be poor? Will the biggest polluting countries destroy the planet?

Will old dying corporate CEO's feel guilt when they look at the sick dying starving people in this country..the ones who didn't count? The ones who got over looks and not given any chances or even a sense of hope! Humanity is failing.

It's so sad that kindness has to come from the ground up; we never see kindness and humanity from the top down? Why? Why are these old white bucks so greedy? Just how much money do you need. Oh I understand its for the stock holders; yeah right? CEO get millions and millions and all the perks possible. Where's the humanity?

It's all about money, power and control. You know what? It doesn't make you a better man. No one is being fooled.

Oh yeah, speaking of wag the dog, there will be a republican president in 2008, they'll make sure!
