Yesterday I rode 41 miles, most of it with the group and today I rode 37 solo. I have a great time both days. Today I saw one of the riders from yesterday so we chatted a bit. Later, on grabbing a yogurt in the park I spotted my next door neighbor and we chatted a bit about running and my upcoming biathlon. Next Sunday, I'll run 5 and ride 22...solo. No one else is doing it. I am so looking forward to it! Hopefully, iron woman won't show up and I'll have a chance of winning one of only two medals. Who me? I'm not competitive!
