Can't get over electric car betrayal

When I walk or run down the street now I look at vehicles in a totally different way as I inhale their fumes. It doesn't have to be this way at all. Our air could be so much cleaner; our health so much better and the world so much more beautiful. If only we all had the same goal in life and that would be for the betterment of the human race and future generations.

Would things have been different if women, intuitive by nature, ruled the world? Would the world have lived in harmony and nurture.

Well, we have definitelys been deceived by the government, auto and oil companies. They like to think for us American too. Yes, American have a love thing going for the gas guzzling muscle car. We do? I don't. My heart is into clean air (not your dirty oil profits).

I think we as Americans, us planet loving ones anyway, who don't like to blow things up and dirty the air, need to support the battery makers for electric cars. I for one want to see that electric car come back. But, you know the government, oil and auto industry will try very hard to destroy the idea just like they did the electric cars in the mid to late 90's. Oh, you didn't know they even existed. Yes, in California because the air is so bad there. But, of course, GM had to jump right in there and pretend to care just so they could get control of the project. Yes, they only leased the car to a few thousand people. And the people loved the cars very much and wanted to resign the lease. Oh no, can't do that! See by then GM was so afraid that the rest of the states would want electric cars (maintenance free too, I might add!) too.

Maybe local electric companies should get on the bandwagon and build their own since we will be using their power to charge up. Hey, gas pumps don't work either when the power is out.

Oh no, can't do any of the above because if the government, auto and oil companies plan it right; oh and OPEC too a barrel of oil which is about 76.00 now will get up to 100.00 and look at all the money these four will make because it will probably be about 5.00 at the pump.

Gee, I wonder what type of tax breaks you'll get on that giant SUV (with unregulated emissions, I might add) then.

The government, auto and oil want you to guzzle the gas people so drink up! Remember how Carter had us car pooling, walking, taking public transportation. Well, we don't hear any of that now...they want you to burn gas people! It puts more money into their pocket! So floor it once in a while for George!

Iraq? Oh there is a big ass gas pipeline through Iraq that is being well protected now that we are there - I mean Cheney's Haliburton is there.

Another thing I have often thought about. Remember the morning of 9/11/2001 when the planes flew into those buildings don't you think the camera shots and angles were prefect and video availability was immediate. How convenient? And that look on Bush's face when he was reading to the children ( a job he almost could handle) and the man told him "it's done". Did you see his face? Bush face - was like "Damn, they did it!" Well, we had to get into Iraq somehow. Oh hell, just tell the people anything; they'll believe it! Shock and awe they said so themselves that is how they got Saddam Hussein/decoy. Saddam was nothing more than a distraction away from the reall reason we are there to protect that precious oil pipe line. Funny, how the media never mentions the pipeline.

And where was the media through all this stuff with the electric car situation in California. Zero! No coverage. The electric car episodes were in late 90's and early 2000. The last GM EV1 electric car to be hauled off to be destroyed occurred on 3/19/05. Yes, that recent! Californians loved the little speedy clean electric car... but gee it didn't burn gas! How in the hell can Cheney, Bush and the rest of the cronies, auto and oil make any money if we don't burn gas? Hey, we're just greedy bastards right? I mean we're not being blackmailed by the Saudi's or anything are we? They don't have us over a barrel do they? Well, you know I was just wondering since we are so chummy with them and all. You know Bush holding hands and stuff; just wondering!

Hey, we still have freedom of speech in this country don't we?

Yes, spewing co2 pollutants into the atmosphere is changing our weather to more severe weather and insurance companies don't want to pay. My friend thought he had a 500. dollar deductible and then suddenly the adjuster said his deductible was 3,000 deductible and sorry gee the damage came to 2850. Sorry Charlie! The insurance company is SafeCo! They take your premium money for years then when you want to make your first claim they pull these kinds of stunts. Hey, blame George W. Bush. It all started with his old man and even before him;so blame him too! Clinton just played along.. gee I hope they are cutting him in on the profits or was he just a dumb sucker who couldn't crack the dynasty. That Samson and Delilah thing sure worked didn't it. The oldest treat in the book; have a lovely lady tempt the president. Clinton should have known it was a set up. Dumb! Oh so dumb!
