Your only obstacle is that you may be feeling so lazy that you may not even be able to get out of bed.

This was very true today. It was a lazy day. And I did push the limits on my imagination.

I had a good run with the running group this evening though. An easy four miles with my best running buddy. She is a delight and talks easily and makes the miles fly by.
